The Attitude of Women in the Workplace
French companies now actually have, they passed a law several years ago requiring boards to have 40% women. There are also very few women in top leadership in this country. What I, my thoughts about this are kind of clear. Equity and pay is, you know, obvious. Black life arrangements that help both women and men, those are obvious. We need to expand our frame of leadership.
