Van wuynn came to Canada from a tiny island off the coast of malasa in 19 79. He says he and two other boath people were accepted by private groups who helped them find homes and jobs. In recent years, refugees who come to canada with private support dwarfs the number who come in through official channels. "I am happy because iam i have a country to accept me," van said.
