The Devolution of State Functions

Kenned has a very, not, very friendly attitude towards the cops, which is, which is interesting. And i think you can kind of even understand this movie as cind of dramatizing the sense in which americans are personalizing and individualizing and projecting downwards anger and fear and anxieties that are better understood in an structural sense. The devolution of state functions, the gutting of a state capacity,  creates stress, that creates, you know, anger, fears.
