Tech Stocks - What's the Fear of the Fed?

Emily Chang: The Fed is adding anxiety to the market. She says it discounts future profits for tech stocks and fears a slowdown in global growth. A lot of that fear is starting to show up in the Vix, she says. Chang: Even if you're a tech investor, you should keep an eye on the Fed speak next week.
