Is It a Tener Horizon?

Director of national intelligence haines said we should be concerned about the mismatch between what puton wants to do in ukraine and more broadly in europe. Aputen has been on a journey in the last 20 years, mainly encouraged by his ability to fix his own elections. He is now in a position where he can put that behind him, and now he's focusing on his legacy. And i think so, i just say he's been on a trajectory that has been escatry even before he chose to invade a ukrane.
