Solomon: We thought we were being super nice by making things super open and involving everyone. But in fact, I think we confused a hell out of a lot of people. The really cool thing about Moby separately from the name chain is that it allows us to further break up the platform into components. It's not actually the home for any component of Docker right? Of which there are many container kits,. There's lib swarm network, there's notary, each of them were spinning out as independent projects if you like. So now there's a place for the open source project projects, Pearl, and then the open source product.
