Are Federal Prosecutors Trying to Prove That Donald Trump's Actions Were Illegal?

milissa: I think it is going to be difficult, because you have to remember that donald trump is an inveterate and unrepentant liar. And they actually have to make out a pretty clear case that he not only knew that he had lost the election, but that he knew that the steps that he was taking, in the things that he was doing, was with the intent to overthrow a legitimately elected president. Some of this is coming closer to that, showing that he did know, but he keeps changing his story.
