Introduction

Saurabh Kripal is a senior advocate at the Delhi High Court. He has been waiting for his elevation to become a judge for three years. The government raises doubts about the existing collagium system of appointing judges. But in spite of the appointment being on hold all these years, Saurabh hasn't withdrawn his consent to be appointed a judge.
