The Importance of Knowing Your Wife's Financial Interests
This is perhaps the first time that a Prime Ministerial spouse has really, really big financial interests in her. And it's a pretty unprecedented situation. As I say, Soonack is not dealing with it very well. It makes it very hard to get a clear picture of what's going on because the nature of her financial interests as well is such that they are opaque. This part of the reason this sort of thing gets less attention because financial affairs are hard to write about than say, extramarital ones.
