It just kind of goes to show doesn't it that, you know, we freak out about our favorite editors or clients moving on. But actually it's a positive thing. It can open you up to new companies and new work. So as long as you're good to the new people. And then I've got the old people in their new jobs as well. Sometimes it can change. But often use the people that have got experience in their industry,. especially when you're a freelancer. They often want to change the people inside. That is a really good point with agencies.
