The Happiness Project

I realized I thought I wanted to be happy, but I didn't spend any time thinking about whether I was happier or if I could be happier. So I decided that I would do a happiness project and for a year I divided the year into 12 themes,. One theme per month, and then I would tackle some aspect of my life that I thought might make me happier. And spoiler alert, I did. It did make me happier; so ever since I wrote that book, I've kind of been going deeper and deeper and deeper into the vast subject of happiness.
