There are clearly domains where personal data is extremely valuable. We have to make sure that whatever the penalties a to break these rules are really, really high. If you misuse personal data, you go to jail and your company and doesn't exist. Because the question of national security, its like public health. It's like, you know, creating a virus and letting it loose into the world. That's that serious.
