Family therapy was a kind of polarization away from traditional psychotherapies. People tried to get me fired and then at the same time, when i ran into the model, from clients,. I had written, or cootuted, a text book that had become very popular. A lot of my colleagues had let a trouble with this, because they saw me as a traitor to the cause. Really didn't care what people thought. It went toward danger, rallying away from it.
