How did you come up with that number 3,800? I started with 1,500 and I just increased little by little. What age were you when you set that goal that you want to do at least 15? I think I was 100. How active were you in your 40s, then 50s, 60s and 70s? Were you walking on a regular basis? My guess is you were getting a lot more steps back then.
