The Importance of Halal Certification in Hotels
Magdi is the director of sales for a special market, Middle East. The hotel originally opened in 1899 as Great Central Hotel. During the war it was under MI6 for intelligent purposes. When the world was to finish, the hotel was taken over by British Rail which is the headquarters of Ubridgeshire in UK. There are different levels of halal certification for hotels.
