Jury sent out a note mid morning saying they could not agree on the three charges. Jury went back to deliberation room and did not immediately return with a verdict sheet. Then at end of day, jurors sent out another note that said we've reached unanimous verdict. They weren't clear if they had changed their mind on those hung counts or not. But ultimately everybody knows they had not. And she was convicted of four counts, acquitted of four, and we have no verdict on three.
