How to Define a Relationship Between Google and the Warring Factions
There were three books that had been written on s are at that point, but you had to build out a whole heap of extra stuff in order to start implementing this. A lot of these were cultural. It was more about escalating to a common person in leadership and having that person, as a third party, decide between the two warring factions or come up with an agreeable understanding. Unless you actually write it down and have people agree on t ahead of timeit, it's hard to do it in the moment.
