How to Deal With Panic Attacks

Many teachers learned this back in the 50s and the 40s is that if you eat sour candy while you're nervous, while you're experiencing anxiety, what happens is your brain doesn't understand why you're eating. So oftentimes the brain will alleviate the fear so that you can survive and eat. And it's a trick, but it does work and many people use that trick on what's called test anxiety.
