The VAERS System Is Broken
In 2010 HHS retain or contracted a sub-agency the agency for healthcare research HR research quality HRCQ to study the VAERS system. They found that it was not just missing 99 percent of injuries it was missing more than 99%. So they developed a machine counting system which they plugged in at Harvard Pilgrim and as soon as CDC showed that saw that data and showed an injury rate of 2.7 percent of one in every 40 people who came in to get a vaccine were suffering some kind of noteworthy injury they shut down the whole project. Tony Fauci knows that system because he's been told many many times that system is on his shelf at HHS ready to roll out.
