The Art of Conflict in Every Meeting

Josh: My action item from this book is conflict in every meeting. Conflict is an indication that things are being worked through the artificial harmony, which goes along with the second dysfunction, the fear of conflict. Josh: There's there's an art to digging those things out and drawing those things out. And it was kind of cool to see that as I read the story that this time, all the different things that Catherine did as the leader to just kind of facilitate the natural flow of the discussion so that these things got surfaced.
