One of the things I wanted to bring up somewhat towards the end of the episode was perhaps what's something that you wanted to tell yourself. If you were going back and giving the 18 year old you some advice saying yeah amanese this is something you probably don't know if you're going to encounter a couple of a couple of decades down years from now. " envy has no place in life," he says, 'it serves no purpose it makes us feel worse off" You always have to see you know where your happiness lies so look at their enemies rather than say hey this person is doing better but then maybe there are things that I can really take use."
