Philosophers Have to Be Open to a New Way of Thinking

Ortega thought some philosophers of his time were looking at the successes within the sciences and they were trying to emulate the scientific method inside the realm of philosophy. But this was a huge mistake, because nce and philosophy are two different fields trying to accomplish two very different things.
