"This is how we do over here. We're still getting our points out," says co-host Angie Amanpour. "You get a more accurate description of the role and it's that undersells it like you get all of you get so much more information than just a bulleted list of responsibilities, right? You get to interview them and honor your time." She adds: "The relationship really ends up trumping the resume".
