The Rise of the Small Caps

We've seen that happen in the Russell 2000 periodically when they're making a really nice move relative to the S&P 500. But we saw it earlier this year in NASDAQ options. So I think it's like there might be some some call buying and as part of a fear of missing out trade is where I was going with that.
