How Did Galileo Measure the Gravity of the Sun?

Sagan: I always think it would be so much fun to teach not only the you know, how he did it, but like, and just get the results. Galileo was testing the hypothesis that the Sun was indeed the center of the universe using observational data from his instrument. Sagan: You can't actually replicate what Fabiola Gianati, my co-reader on Galileo's dialogue book, felt when she announced the discovery of the Higgs boson back in July 4th of 2012. But we're kind of immune to that. We have to trust all the electric side.
