The Future of Food Printing Technology
Food printing technology has come a long way. But up until now, it's been super gross and no one has wanted to eat it. A new study from a group of mechanical engineers at Columbia University created the first ever 3D printed cheesecake. This was the first time the food was assembled and cooked by the 3D printer.
