How Do You Start Your Day Right?
Every single morning, i start my day with a meditation. I do about 15 o 20 minutes of meditation, and then i move towards about 20 minutes of visualization,. where i literally listen to glitch mobis. And when i'm visualizing, i'm literally visualizing that i shape the world, or i can control the outcome of my day, or the outcome ofMy life. So they're very powerful visualizations, andi focused on just like tapping him to a very high energy mental state. Then from there, i typically move into reflection. Right now, i'm reading book of nothing, and then autobiography of e yogi. But i always spend about an hour to an hour
