I realized how much I am affected, not just physically, mentally, emotionally by my like working out a lot and like waking up, getting my my stuff together, going to the gym right away. So I just made it like part of what I do. It's like, you know, I want to eat certain types of food that are good for me. There's just so much more clean eating. And I like the workouts. I like it. You know, I like being active. Not everybody has that. But you also just have to want that in your life. Yeah. That's what I mean.
