A client that I met she was a part-time COO for like a bunch of different companies. She had no white space so she was working all hours of the night through the weekend. Her marriage was starting to crumble there wasn't any pleasure or intimacy in her relationship with this one person. It took six months but after getting into alignment, not only did her life drastically change it felt so much easier people respected your boundaries.

Between recovering from the pandemic and the constant pressure of hustle culture, entrepreneurs all over the world are prone -- more than ever -- to burnout and depression.

I’ll be honest, there have been plenty of times throughout my entrepreneurial journey that I’ve felt totally depleted.

And although it’s so tempting just to get back on the horse and keep grinding through those tough times, it’s so very important to take a pause.

Give yourself the time and space that you need, and then move forward -- because if left unaddressed, burnout can lead to some pretty serious mental health issues.

That’s why I wanted to have my dear friend Mary Hyatt on the show. Mary is a holistic mindset coach who helps entrepreneurs create a life and business that lights them up from the inside, and doesn’t burn them out.

She’s coached some of the top female entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, and business owners in the country, and also has built a 7-figure business -- one that she operates from a place of grace and ease.
