Are You a Retire Provider?

I heard I was like really retire provider because I think I talked to him in the past and he was kind of saying it wasn't. Google did say hey use this but he said that it's not like use this or don't use anything. And so I think I suspect intentionally noncommittal on statement and management and just kind of gave people the tools to build their own.
