ACL Injuries Are Not Just for ACLs

There are a little capsule of exercises that can be formed you know some of Matt's research is shown they can be done. Just just do it regularly lo and behold the training effect people get stronger and better so if we could just get more I think again as clinicians we're sort of aware of those but if you go into the general population and down at local club level no one's doing it not many it would be great a lot more could be doing it.
