The Essence of Spirituality

There are no parts, because it's like the flame and the fire metaphor. The flames aren't a part, they're not separate, they are the fire. And this is the essence of spirituality. Everywhere you go, whatever you do, however you feel, there is only that. And you are that. So you can't leave yourself, you can't get out of himself. You're experiencing sometimes the human experience, the ego experience, the separateness experience. It isn't about attending certain states or powers, you could say that they are sort of clarifying experiences which help you recognize truth. All there is, is that one truth, and the experiential recognition of that
