Welba and his wife paid off 600,000 dollars in student loans. The couple came from broken homes where they didn't have a lot growing up. "We wanted to be a curse breaker, not a cursed carrier," says Welba. Their 19-year-old daughter now has zero debt after taking advantage of free college classes.
