The Importance of Relatedness in Social Behavior
I've learned a lot from the philosopher Jonathan Burch, who I think you've had on previously or had a change of time. He really represents like the best of philosophy of science is a philosophy who's kind of deeply understands the scientific issues at stake. It can become a bit of a ping pong where someone publishes a model and then someone else a year later shows that your model is a special case of my model kind of thing. And so you get a proliferation, which in software development terms would be just inappropriate forking and you get a tower of Babel. The peer review process in science works as well as the oversight and software development.
