Introduction
Martina De Mel is a German climber and she has some really impressive ascents to her name. She started climbing when she was 15 and she's now just 20. Last year she climbed her first 9A with an ascent of Joe Sita in Aliana. And she joined the pretty small number of female climbers to have on-sighted 8B plus with her on-site of Humildes Picassa, also at Aliana. We talk a little bit about her background in skiing and competitive skiing and her introduction into climbing.
