The Burn Out Apocalypse

Work hours were the main knob you had to turn when trying to deal with employees subjective experience of work. The issue is not the number of hours so much as it is the number of things on our plate that's causing a lot of te troubles. If we don't solve that problem, it doesn't matter what you say about how many days you're supposed to work or how many hours you're supposedto work,. we will be miserable till we ve that problem. We got to rethink how we allocate and make profit off capital and labor. That's sexy stuff. And i think theory has some merit.
