Is Boris Johnson Liable to Make a Comeback?

Boris Johnson said he had the backing of 102 MPs but names have never been made public. He was confident he would have won a members vote but chose not to stand. Do you buy that? Gavin do you think Boris really did happen? I wasn't just sort of step back for the good of the country. It's going to be quite a hard fight for the Conservatives at the next election.
