The best way to get out of the body, i think, is movement. Going for a nice walk, taking a shower and just feeling the contact,. ha, the hands have with the body. You can also do remedial movement work where you think, gosh, i'm so stressed. I need to do some work now to deal with this acute situation. That's that. And then there's also explorative stuff. You're not trying to get from the head. You're using those medalities to explore or deepen your resources, or investigate different themes and so on.
