Conversation Interfaces Aren't the Best Way to Do That

Businesses are not thinking along those lines, like the I-U-Grine. Not every engagement could have been instigated by just two clicks of your mobile phone,. And not all could have been as easy to use and as simple. So even though the interface itself might not be like ideal, the other things around the speed of getting it to market, the accessibility and the access point for customers are familiarity of the access point trumps perfect user experience.
