Karl Marx's Stranger Things Strike With It

In the 1860s, you could get away with just about everything. Even back then, German jails were nicer than American jails today. Karl was allowed access to a vast library and he read constantly. In 1893, he published the first novel in what would become known as the Winnetow series. These books would become the 19th century German equivalent of Harry Potter.
