What's Happening to a Black City?

The town of mason in a tennessee, i believe, just recently, where the comptroller attempted to take over this black city. So it's alarming to think that a city, or it's really a town. They had the amazing opportunity to seize the forward electric vehicle plant in their city. And so that controller for that county is shying to come in and make that city give up their charter for really no good reason. "It's all about the money at the end of the day," she says.
