How Are You Coping With Child Care and Work?

It's only because it's the summer holidays. So, you know, i'm working for time. H, kids are at home, er, we haven't got them in any kids clubs or anything. There's been a lot of screen time and stuff like that. But it's kind of, it's how you fit in your exercise. And i'd just be interested to know other people who perhaps aren't early shirley’s how they are coping with child care and work and running or trainingor whatever.
