Are We Witnessing a Revolution in Theoretical Physics?

There's always a sort of revolution in theoretical physics and physical thinking, maybe right around a corner. It could be that the idea that changes everything, or solves everything, is out there right now in the mind of ap but t maybe nobody takes him or her seriously. There are some crazy new ideas that have been developed in the last few years that suggest an entirely new way to try to attack these questions of the fundamental nature of the universe.
