There's a uniqueness to that community, right? I always think of it like the same people that often are looking in New West will consider Port Moody. Maybe it's because it's like, it feels like a strong community. It's also got the burgeoning like restaurants and crappery... Oh, absolutely. That's a good recommendation. What about in Vancouver? Are there areas in the city of Vancouver that you're looking at and thinking they've been kind of consistently resilient through, through downturns? Like we always talk about like the blue chip real estate here. You know, kids of LanoAlways just seems to carry along and people like it.
