How to Deal With Anger

Psychology traditionally for a hundred years has focused on what's wrong with us? How are you broken? And how can we fix that? So if we get you from negative five to zero, then I'm done. I've done my job. You're surviving now. But through positive psychology, we can move to the positive side through different tools and practices. The end goal being that you experience three times as much positive emotion as negative emotion.
