The Importance of Integrity in Systems
I think actually what's most difficult is the cognitive dissonance of confronting new ways of working when you're so entrenched in old ways of doing things. I think people forget as well sometimes that we've all spent our whole lives learning to do it the way our ancestors did it or learning to develop our own both bespoke ways to kind of polarize with power. But either way, we're kind of standing on one leg off and, you know, and to recognize that sometimes unlearning something takes some time and effort.
