The Complexity of Single Leg Work

I'm pretty simple. I have experimented a little bit with single leg Olympics, just a bit. My weight room is like really short and sweet for your fear so that your listeners know typically my athletes when they go into the weight room, on a mean, on a T lifting day, it's like three exercises. Because I deal mostly with skinny people and skinny ability to lift. They're just not built to lift. But if I give them a fairly short list of things to do, they just do it way better. And I'm dealing with big bodies, like five lists, just typically like the most out.
