Are We Looking at the Right Things When We Think About Selection?
Most all of these people were hired because somebody made a judgment about them. Maybe we should use a more empirical approach like the one that you all used to get a better sense of what the person's character really is like as you say beforehand. We're not there yet. This is just the beginning of the work, but that's the bigger goal.
