As i er was resigning or retiring from merinch, a very senior m d grabbed me to try and convince me to stay. He took out his business card, and he pointed to the merrylynch logo, which is a bull. So that rob, you could understand the only reason people talke to you is cause you worked for marrow lynch. And so dowd and i were very credible. I think we'd established a lot of credibility in what we did at ma lynch. We had deep domain experts around derivatives, around pensions, around a liability driven in in investing. But we needed to establish ourselves as a brand. The second thing was a really simple one:
