The u k. went through a period of professionalizing the computing industry and pushing women out in favor of men. Why don't we see the same problems occurring in the us? In this period with sexus labor practices hurting the progress of computing? And there's a twofold answer to that. Because, for one thing, we are not adequately leveraging our work force. So i think we're going to see things like gogle being fired or brilliant black women getting fired from their jobs because they were doing too well. It's not about changing things; it's about keeping things as conservative as possible.
